The place is fun and the staff are very very friendly! The food was good, keep in mind it's a bit more on the Japanese side, so don't expect an American style burger or so. Still very tasty and their fries were pretty good too! Cash only!

It's not hard to see why the Lucky Pierot franchise has so many shops in Hakodate. I tried their most popular burger, the Chinese chicken burger. It is more of a kaarage burger with a sweet and tangy sauce, rather than anything Chinese. Complemented by delicious Japanese mayonnaise, it is a perfect example of a great comfort food. Staff are also used to dealing with customers who don't speak Japanese.

Recommended is their No. 1 Chinese chicken Burger. Chicken was hot and crispy with fresh lettuce. Fries was really delicious. Minus one star as the staff who served me wasn’t smiling.

Great location, cheap burger, strange decor.

Pretty decent meal, nothing too fantastic but service is fast and foreigner friendly. My grandparents loved the burgers very much, and they enjoyed themselves in the cute atmosphere of the place!

There's a lot of people in this restaurant even though City of Hakodate is small City. People who does not like hamburger praise this product for its affordability, taste, etc. Also I learned it later that this Hakodate Lucky Pierrot shop is app. 17 shops only in Hakodate, which cannot find rest of Hakodate. And each shop has different menues.

Burger is really a misnomer here. By burger, they really mean some sort of sandwich served between round, bread buns. Their most popular items are actually fried chicken sandwich and fried pork sandwich. However, since burger was what hubby was craving, he ordered the hamburger with egg and bacon. The meat wasn't very beefy / meaty, but he said it was still tasty. It seemed to be drenched in mayo and the whole thing was quite messy and fell apart.I ordered the Chinese fried chicken with Japanese Curry served with rice. There was some cheese in the curry. The whole thing was delicious! I really loved the curry. We also ordered fries. The fries were very good when dipped in the curry. Yum! Kind of reminiscent of currywurst.Solid, casual place for a meal with lots of options!

A well decorated local burger restaurant with great view of the sea. Location is perfect, just opposite the shopping center. The omelet rice is delicious as well

The service is just at its average. The portion is huge though, which could actually be shared by two people. The taste is ok, no surprises.

Compare with other Japanese restaurant, food is consider cheap and taste very not to said is very delicious but just nice.

Order and wait for table around 5 mins.Food is good but quite small restaurant. There are around 5-6 tables. It is quite not clean because of melted snow inside the restaurant. Service is average.

An interesting burger place and apparently a Hakodate exclusive so give it a try when you come.The burger is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife and I shared the Chinese chicken burger and lucky cheese burger. The chicken burger is full of flavor and goes great with the sesame bun and Japanese mayo. The cheeseburger, which heads up I believe is a pork patty, is covered in a melted cheese sauce and a pepper sauce. Good eats for sure. If you get the set, it comes with poutine like fries, covered with the same cheese and pepper sauces from the cheeseburger. You get a tea as well.If you are on a budget, this place is definitely a good option to fill up without breaking the bank.

I guess it's on every tourist must-visit for the Chinese chicken burger which was pretty decent. Rest of the food was pretty greasy and reminded me of dining at an American diner.

I ordered the Chinese chicken burger and cheese egg burger , tasted not bad but don’t expect how delicious they were. It’s cheap and really full of my stomach . Bathroom smell pretty bad....

Nice view, great location but not worth the wait if you are really hungry. You better off stabbing someone for a Popeyes chicken sandwich. Wink wink

Good quality burger offered at super low price, makes me wonder how the hell do they make profit. (Â¥350 for their number 1 selling burger) Great scenery right next to the shop, if you arrive at evening, sit near the costal to enjoy great view and food at basically no cost at all.

Interesting fried chicken milk curry!

A hidden gem. Had a late night dinner here on winter. It opens til very late. Place was unique, with circus-like decorations. Definitely eye-(and stomach)-pleasing.

Largest selection of tasty Japanese burgers, good and fast service, nice view over Hakodate Bay, reasonable prices...

Quirky place that serves the best chicken burgers! And cheap! Also, try the cheese curry rice, they give you an insane amount of cheese. Efficient services, but note that they don't speak English at all.

good place and reasonable price

I had to try a Hakodate institution. Honestly, it is not the best burgers I've had. Its okay but not terrible. I had the shrimp burger and its just shrimp with buns. This location is nice as it is a large restaurant.

Location was super. Excellent fir separating smoking and non smoking areas. Comfortable with good sea view. Food was good especially the burger, Japanese rice meal option and reasonably priced delicious grilled squid . Excellent watering hole.

I wanted to see why this chain restaurant has garnered so many reviews and much attention, with the main restaurant a mere 180 meters from this place. I went with the popular chicken “burger” which is actually chicken chunks akin to General Tsao (sweet/savoury), topped with iceberg lettuce and a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise. It was tasty and for 350 yen (or 750 with beer), I can see the attraction. The environment was a bit tacky in my opinion but I suppose that’s part of the image.

Quite a good burguer despite having too much sauce. Fried potato chips were very good, warm and crispy.
